If you want to return an item purchased on INVOKESTORE.com, you have up to 30 days from the purchase date of your order to do so. The items should have all tickets attached and be in perfect condition.
You can exchange your item’s sizes or colors. If you prefer to exchange it for a different item, return it and make a new purchase.
How do I access my invoice?
If you have a INVOKESTORE.com account, you can log in with your username and password. You will see the option to download your electronic receipt under the details section of your order that you wish to return.
If you have made your purchase as a guest, you can find the receipt in the link included in the original email that we've sent you regarding your order.
Drop Off Point
If you've made the purchase as a registered user: Log in with your username and password. You can request a return label under the order details or contact.
If you have made your purchase as a guest user: You can request a return label by clicking on the link included in any of the emails we've sent you regarding your order.
We'll email you a label to attach to the return package which you can then drop off at any drop off point to your mail carrier.
Remember, your return package must be postmarked within a 30 day time frame from the shipment confirmation email.
Also Remember
Only 1 exchange request can be done at a time for the same order. You may exchange 3 items per exchange request.
The exchange option will not be visible anymore if the purchased item is no longer available.
Online exchanges are not available for purchases made with a gift receipt.
